As the Director of Sales and Marketing at WEM, Kevin brings 20 years of extensive sales experience across various manufacturing sectors. Throughout his career, he has specialized in key account management, fostering strategic partnerships with customers, and overseeing sales teams within those organizations. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Concordia University Wisconsin and has been instrumental in driving WEM's sales initiatives for the past two years.

Director of Manufacturing and Facilities
As the Director of Manufacturing and Facilities at WEM Automation, Dave has extensive experience across various industries, spending his entire career in production, and developing a strong sense of urgency while maintaining a steadfast commitment to quality. Dave believes in the power of overcommunication, understanding that clear and frequent communication is key to success.
RANDY JACKS
Director of Technical Services
As the Director of Technical Services at WEM, Randy leverages over 15 years of expertise in automation. Since joining WEM two years ago, he has concentrated on enhancing customer support through continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries, and facilitating knowledge transfer to develop a more comprehensive technical support framework. Randy holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Automation Systems.
Lindsay Chim
General Manager
As General Manager at WEM Automation, Lindsay oversees all facets of the WEM business, driving growth by reinforcing WEM's commitment to delivering cutting-edge automation solutions in the feed, grain, and industrial sectors. Prior to joining WEM, Lindsay held leadership roles at global consulting and services firms, where she led teams, launched products, and grew businesses. Lindsay is passionate about building strong customer partnerships, empowering high-performing teams, and steering organizations toward sustainable success. She holds a BA/BS from University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University. At WEM Automation, she is dedicated to honoring the company's 70+ year legacy while charting a forward-looking path that embraces innovation and excellence.

As the Director of Technology at WEM Automation, Steve oversees all Engineering and R&D activities, leading our skilled software, controls, and drafting teams. His focus is on spearheading the rollout of cutting-edge technologies, incorporating advanced AI tools to shape the future of WEM’s platform offering. He holds a BSEET from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
