The WEM4000 Pelleting control automates the entire pelleting process, including routing, liquid application, medicated interlocking, sequencing, and cooler control. Sophisticated algorithms prevent pellet mill choking, boosting productivity and improving efficiency.
It enhances pellet quality, reduces fines, and eliminates cross-contamination with automatic flushing. Fully integrated with Batching and Finished Feed shipping, it ensures accurate tracking and traceability.
